abs and bunsThis class offers calisthenic floor exercises, strength training, holding positions and rhythmic movements. This class is designed to build lower/middle/upper CORE with concentration on lower back. Often this class may reflect a Tabata type training which involves performing a particular exercise at a high intensity for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest. This is repeated 8 times for a total training time of 4 minutes. There will be a stretch at the end of this class.

Using the Correct Ball Size:
Ball size is determined by your height (located on box when you buy the ball). Although boxes for new balls offer size recommendations for your height or weight, the general rule of thumb states that when sitting down on one your upper thighs should be parallel to the floor.

A fusion of ballet barre exercises and traditional Pilate’s combined to give you stronger firmer thighs, a higher rounder seat and increased flexibility.
