Abs & Buns

This class offers calisthenic floor exercises, strength training, holding positions and rhythmic movements. This class is designed to build lower/middle/upper CORE with concentration on lower back. Often this class may reflect a Tabata type training which involves performing a particular exercise at a high intensity for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest. This is repeated 8 times for a total training time of 4 minutes. There will be a stretch at the end of this class.

Get down with 30 minutes of Drums Alive and 30 Minutes of Stability Ball! Using rhythm as the source of inspiration to discover a new group fitness experience Drums Alive® combines the benefits of a traditional physical fitness program with the brain affected benefits of music and rhythm.Define, tone, strengthen your CORE and entire body while also increasing your flexibility using the stability ball and medicine ball. Please bring your own stability ball with your name on it, you may store it here.
Using the Correct Ball Size:
Ball size is determined by your height (located on box when you buy the ball). Although boxes for new balls offer size recommendations for your height or weight, the general rule of thumb states that when sitting down on one your upper thighs should be parallel to the floor.

Boot Camp

This total body workout consists of unique systems to tone your body, build your core and burn fat fast. You will use light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. The workout may include push-ups, plyometric, interval training, squats and lunges, agility, burpees and end with a cool down and stretch.

Cardio Kickboxing

This class is a combination of cardio, boxing and marital arts providing a total body workout which aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. Come try one of the most popular fitness trends and kick, jab, cross, hook and uppercut your way to a fitter you!

Boxing & Strength

Learn the fundamentals of boxing while at the same time providing an incredible total body workout! Learn to kick, jab, cross, hook and uppercut while improving strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance!

Core HIIT

Metabolic conditioning is designed to maximize your caloric burn, so you should expect this workout to feel challenging. You’ll go through exercises that focus on full-body, multi-joint movements. Try to do as many reps as possible during each 30 second interval, then rest for 15 seconds before repeating.

Full Body Blast

This is a muscle toning and strength building exercise class using high intensity turbulence training with your own body, kettlebells, bodybars, medicine balls and more. Come challenge yourself!

Group Cycle

See consistent results while burning a high amount of calories and improving cardiovascular endurance in this non-impact class. Whether you’re a beginner or avid cyclist this class is for you – it’s modified for all levels! Instructor focuses on fun and challenging rides with steady progressions towards the end of each format. Different rides include but are not limited to intervals, strength, split rides, race day, combo & variety. Come and enjoy the interaction, driving energy and beats from fantastic music and get one of the best cardio workouts you can do in a group exercise setting. The only competition is the one you have with yourself! Train like an athlete, ride like a racer and find your inner champion!

Mixed Bag

This is a muscle toning and strength building exercise class using high intensity turbulence training with your own body, kettlebells, bodybars, medicine balls and more. Come challenge yourself!

Yoga

Yoga classes move with an even faster rhythm and is definitely an intense workout that will make you sweat. A traditional Ashtanga practice follows the same series of poses and makes you hold each for five breaths before moving through a Vinyasa.

Stability Ball Sculpt

Define, tone, strengthen you CORE and entire body while also increasing your flexibility using the stability ball and various weights. Research shows that abdominal exercises done on the stability ball activate twice as many core muscles as classic belly toners like the crunch and the sit- up.

Standing Flow

Standing Flow is a barefoot fusion-style conditioning program that blends training techniques from Ballet, Pilates, Yoga and fitness. This workout will develop core strength, muscular endurance, dynamic balance and flexibility. Great for men, women and teens!

Step

An interval class that mixes both step aerobics and strength training in one designed workout. With a portable platform with height adjustable risers, you will do choreographed exercise routines up, onto, down and around the step for great cardio fitness, as well as exceptional training to shape the lower body. Your coordination will be tested at times! If you want strong legs, a lifted butt and a functionally fit core – step this way!

TRX Suspension Training

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. TRX delivers a fast, effective total-body workout, helps build a rock-solid core, increases muscular endurance and benefits people of all fitness levels (pro athletes to seniors).

Zumba

This is a Latin-inspired exercise movement where you dance your way into a leaner, healthier, happier, you. In a ZUMBA® class you find your groove in the sultry strains of salsa, samba, and cumbia-making simple cardio-healthy dance steps that help you shed those extra pounds and re-create yourself in a new image. Aerobic shoes are recommended.

Barre

Barre classes combine ballet-inspired movements with pilates and yoga to tone muscles through small, controlled reps.
