Using rhythm as the source of inspiration to discover a new group fitness experience Drums Alive® combines the benefits of a traditional physical fitness program with the brain affected benefits of music and rhythm.Define, tone, strengthen your CORE and entire body while also increasing your flexibility using the stability ball and medicine ball. Please bring your own stability ball with your name on it, you may store it here.
Using the Correct Ball Size:
Ball size is determined by your height (located on box when you buy the ball). Although boxes for new balls offer size recommendations for your height or weight, the general rule of thumb states that when sitting down on one your upper thighs should be parallel to the floor.

Each class lasts one hour, with roughly 20% of the class is performed on the floor. This class does not incorporate dancing or weights.
